"Hair Dryer was broken. No COLD water to adjust in shower. Breakfast buffet was very poor. Room smelled bad. Drink machine broken and taking money on 14th floor. Carpets in elevator were extremely dirty. Obviously a property on a steep decline. I will pass on any future opportunities to stay here."
